RESOLUTION NO. 2016-183
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 1 WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$80, 000 FOR CONSTRUCTION REVIEW SERVICES FOR
THE F.Y. 2016 MIDPORT BOULEVARD EXTENSION
PHASE III, CONTRACT NO. 894; AND AUTHORIZE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Supplemental Agreement No. 1 dated March 14, 2016,
between AECOM Technical Services of Waterloo, Iowa and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount not to exceed $80, 000, for
construction review services for the F. Y. 2016 Midport Boulevard
Extension Phase III, Contract No. 894, is hereby approved and the
Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the
same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
