RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON A PROPOSED
3-YEAR LEASE AGREEMENT WITH AMERICAN PATTERN
STORAGE, LLC OF WATERLOO IOWA FOR LEASE OF
THE FORMER FOOD BANK BUILDING GENERALLY
LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF EAST 11TH
STREET AND SYCAMORE STREET, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$600 . 00 PER MONTH, AS NOVEMBER 17, 2014, AT
5: 30 P.M. IN HAROLD E. GETTY COUNCIL
CHAMBERS, CITY HALL, WATERLOO, IOWA AND
INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE
OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall
meet in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers, City Hall, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5: 30 p.m. on the 17th day of November,
2014, for the purpose of considering and acting upon the proposed
3-year Lease Agreement with American Pattern Storage, LLC of
Waterloo, Iowa for lease of the former Food Bank building
generally located at the southeast corner of East 11th Street and
Sycamore Street, in the amount of $600 . 00 per month.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of November, 2014 .
