RESOLUTION NO. 2014-975
RESOLUTION APPROVING AUTOMOBILE LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH C & S CAR COMPANY HYUNDAI
MAZDA SUBARU AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Automobile Lease Agreement dated November 10, 2014, to
provide a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe to be utilized by the Waterloo
Police Department Life Skills Program, at no cost to the City,
for the period November 12, 2014 to May 12, 2015, by and between
C & S Car Company Hyundai Mazda Subaru of Waterloo, Iowa and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of November, 2014 .
