RESOLUTION NO. 2014-973
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH INSTITUTE FOR DECISION MAKING
AT THE UNIVERSITY OF NORTHERN IOWA AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated November 10, 2014,
in the amount of $2, 500 . 00, for technical and professional
assistance in connection with economic development in Waterloo,
by and between the Institute for Decision Making at the
University of Northern Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day f November, 2014 .
