RESOLUTION NO. 2014-972
RESOLUTION APPROVING EARLY PAYMENT OF THE
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH MAIN
STREET WATERLOO AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the early payment of the Professional Services Agreement, in
the amount of $20, 000 . 00, to provide technical and professional
assistance in connection with the redevelopment of downtown
Waterloo, by and between Main Street Waterloo and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this loth day of November, 2014 .
