RESOLUTION NO. 2016-185
RESOLUTION APPROVING A COLLECTIONS SERVICES
AGREEMENT BETWEEN CREDIT BUREAU SERVICES OF
IOWA, INC. OF OSKALOOSA, IOWA TO COLLECT ALL
PAST DUE BILLING AT WATERLOO FIRE RESCUE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the Collection Services Agreement , dated March 14,
2016, between Credit Bureau Services of Iowa, Inc. of Oskaloosa,
Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to collect all past due
billing at Waterloo Fire Rescue, is hereby approved and the Mayor
and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of March 2016.
