RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED SPECIFICATIONS, BID
DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF SEVEN (7)
2015 PATROL VEHICLES FOR THE POLICE
DEPARTMENT, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO AS
DECEMBER 15, 2014, AT 5 : 30 P.M. IN HAROLD E.
GETTY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CITY HALL, WATERLOO,
IOWA, WITH THE TAKING OF BIDS THEREFORE, AND
INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE
NOTICE OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers, City Hall, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 15th day of
December, 2014, for the purpose of holding a public hearing on
proposed specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. , in
conjunction with the Purchase of Seven (7) 2015 Patrol Vehicles
for the Police Department, in the City of Waterloo, with the
taking of bids therefore.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of November, 2014 .
