RESOLUTION NO. 2014-983
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT WITH MMC PROPERTIES, LLC OF
WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Amendment to Development Agreement dated November 17,
2014, changing the timeframe to begin construction of a 10,000
square foot industrial building on Geraldine Road from earlier
this past spring to this fall and completion within 6 months, by
and between MMC Properties, LLC of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of November, 2014 .
