RESOLUTION NO. 2014-981
RESOLUTION APPROVING BUSINESS PROPERTY LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH AMERICAN PATTERN STORAGE, LLC
OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Business Property Lease Agreement dated November 17,
2014, to rent 7, 000 square feet of building space at the former
Food Bank building generally located at the southeast corner of
East llth Street and Sycamore Street, at a cost of $600 . 00 per
month plus demolition activities until October 31, 2017, by and
between American Pattern Storage, LLC of Waterloo, Iowa and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th da of November, 2014 .
