RESOLUTION NO. 2014-1007
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT WITH R & S COMMERCIAL LLC OF
WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Amendment to Development Agreement dated November 24,
2014, adding $2, 650 . 00 to City responsibilities for removal of
unknown underground concrete piping discovered in the development
of City-owned lots, by and between R & S Commercial LLC of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of November, 2014 .
