RESOLUTION NO. 2014-1002
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING MICHELLE WEIDNER,
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER, TO BE APPOINTED TO
WORK WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE
COMMISSIONS' S ENFORCEMENT DIVISION (THE SEC) .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Michelle Weidner, Chief Financial Officer, be designated to
be appointed to work with the Securities and Exchange
Commission' s Enforcement Division (the SEC) to determine whether
a voluntary filing should be made under the SEC Municipalities
Continuing Disclosure Cooperation (MCDC) Initiative, be and the
same is hereby approved.
