RESOLUTION ' APPROVING A VARIANCE TO , THE
REQUIREMENTS ,,OF THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE IN
SECTION 11-3-3(D)APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR A
REQUEST FOR THE FINAL PLAT OF VILLAGE WEST
SUBDIVISION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the variance to the requirements of the Subdivision Ordinance in Section 11-3-3(D) Application
Procedure, as it relates to the approval of the request for the Final Plat of Village West
Subdivision, located east of 1844 West Ridgeway Avenue, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 11th day of April, 2016.
