RESOLUTION NO. 2014-1021
RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AND USE AGREEMENT
WITH WATERLOO BLACK HAWKS HOCKEY, LLC AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Lease and Use Agreement dated December 1, 2014, for the
Waterloo Black Hawks Hockey, LLC to lease Young Arena commencing
as of September 1, 2014 and expiring on May 31, 2016, with a
five-year renewal option, by and between the Waterloo Black Hawks
Hockey, LLC of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of December, 2014 .
