RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION WITH IOWA
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FOR THE
TECHWORKS CAMPUS REINVESTMENT DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the application dated December 16, 2014, for the TechWorks
Campus Reinvestment District, by and between the Iowa Economic
Development Authority and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day December, 2014 .
