RESOLUTION NO. 2016-281
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE BUSINESS FINANCIAL
ASSISTANCE APPLICATION FOR TAX CREDITS THROUGH
THE IOWA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY; AND
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
ANY NECESSARY DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING LOCAL
MATCH COMMITMENT THROUGH TIF INCENTIVES FOR
THE EXPANSION OF HYDRITE CHEMICAL CO. LOCATED
AT 2815 W.C.F.&N. DRIVE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Business Financial Assistance Application dated April 18, 2016, for a 41,200 square foot
expansion to Hydrite Chemical Company in the Midport/Airport TIF District, between the Iowa
Economic Development Authority and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, including local match
' commitment through TIF incentives, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18'h day of April, 2016.
