RESOLUTION NO. 2014-1049
RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING WITH IOWA NORTHLAND REGIONAL
COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS (INRCOG) AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Understanding dated December 15, 2014,
amending the fee of the original Memorandum of Understanding
Agreement approved on June 16, 2014, to an amount not to exceed
$3, 000 . 00, for the writing, preparation, and submittal of a REAP
grant application requesting $200, 000 . 00 for improvements to the
Sherwood Park Recreation Area, by and between Iowa Northland
Regional Council of Governments (INRCOG) of Waterloo, Iowa and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of December, 2014 .
