RESOLUTION NO. 2014-1048
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUBMISSION OF BLACK HAWK
COUNTY GAMING ASSOCIATION GRANT APPLICATION
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID APPLICATION
BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the submission of a grant application dated December 15,
2014, in the amount of $50, 000. 00, with a City match of
$25, 000. 00, for the purchase of body worn cameras, chargers,
docking stations and miscellaneous equipment for Waterloo Police
Department uniformed officers, by and between the Black Hawk
County Gaming Association and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of December, 2014 .
