RESOLUTION NO. 2014-1040
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF TWO (2) 2015
COMPACT PICKUP TRUCKS FOR THE BUILDING
INSPECTION DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Public Works Director of said City to
prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc. , in conjunction with the Purchase of Two
(2) 2015 Compact Pickup Trucks for the Building Inspection
Department, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Public Works Director did file said
preliminary specifications, bid document, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc. , in conjunction with the Purchase of Two
(2) 2015 Compact Pickup Trucks for the Building Inspection
Department, which were preliminarily approved by Resolution No.
2014-986 on November 17, 2014, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
December 15, 2014 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc. , in conjunction with the
Purchase of Two (2) 2015 Compact Pickup Trucks for the Building
Inspection Department, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the
same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of December, 2014 .
