RESOLUTION NO. 2014-1069
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 11 WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. OF
WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 11 dated December 22, 2014, in an
amount not to exceed $244, 400 . 00, for final design of roadway
lighting, enhancements and sanitary sewer between Jefferson
Street and Newell Street, in conjunction with the F.Y. 2013 U. S.
Highway 63 Improvements - From Conger Street/Newell Street to
Jefferson Street, Contract No. 790, by and between AECOM
Technical Services, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of December, 2014 .
