RESOLUTION NO. 2014-1068
RESOLUTION APPROVING CITY/STATE AGREEMENT
ADDENDUM 2006-16-163B WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the City/State Agreement Addendum 2006-16-163B dated
December 22, 2014, in the amount of $4, 363, 000 . 00, includes
$400, 000 . 00 of the funds for engineering use in F.Y. 2015 for the
F.Y. 2013 U. S. Highway 63 Improvements - From Conger
Street/Newell Street to Jefferson Street, Contract No. 790, by
and between the Iowa Department of Transportation and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of December, 2014 .
