RESOLUTION NO. 2014-1065
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.
OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Service Agreement dated December 22, 2014,
in an amount not to exceed $136, 000 . 00, to provide engineering
and construction-related services for the F.Y. 2015 Phase II CIP
Pipe Lining Project, by and between AECOM Technical Services,
Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of December, 2014 .
