SPECIAL, SESSION
May 25, 1972 - 11 :30 A.M.
The City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, met in Special Session in the
Council Chambers of the City Hall in said City at 11:30 A.M. on May 25, 1972.
Mayor Turner in the Chair.
Present : Councilmen Cavanaugh, Cohea, Keller, Mabrey, Miller and Morrissey .
Absent : Councilman Dykeman.
62207 - Moved by Miller, seconded by Cohea that the Copies of the Call for the
Special Meeting of May 25, 1972 at 11:30 A.M. be received and placed on
file .
Motion carried.
62208 - Moved by Cohea, seconded by Cavanaugh that Resolution Noo 21951 , a Reso-
lution adopting and approving the execution of an acceptance of a Grant
Offer from the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration act-
ing for the United States of America to the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for
the purpose of obtaining Federal Aid in the development of the Waterloo
Municipal Airport, under Project No. 8-19-0094-0172, be adopted.
On roll call, Cavanaugh, Cohea, Keller, Mabrey, Miller and Morrissey
voted Aye. Nay: None . Absent : Dykeman. Mayor declared the resolution
adopted.
62209 - Moved by Mabrey, seconded by Miller that Resolution Noo 21952, a Resolu-
tion transferring funds in the sum of $450 ,000 from the Sanitation Fund
to the WS-70 Bank Account , be adopted.
On roll call, Cavanaugh, Cohea, Keller, Mabrey, Miller and Morrissey
voted Aye. Nay: None. Absent: Dykeman. Mayor declared the resolu-
tion adopted.
62210 - Moved by Keller, seconded by Morrissey that the Council adjourn.
