RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EXCEPTION TO THE CITY OF
WATERLOO'S PURCHASING PROCEDURES POLICY, TO
APPROVE THE PURCHASE OF A 2019 FORD ECONOLINE VIPW
VAN, WITH A LIFT GATE FOR THE STREET DEPARTMENT, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $37,120, FROM ENTERPRISE TRUCK RENTAL
OF DAVENPORT, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the requested exception to the City of Waterloo's Purchasing Procedures Policy to
approve the purchase of a 2019 Ford Econoline VIPW Van, with a Lift Gate for the Street
Department, in the amount of $37,120, from Enterprise Truck Rental of Davenport, Iowa, is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of March 2021.
