RESOLUTION NO. 2021-150
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, ETC., SETTING DATE
OF BID OPENING AS APRIL 8, 2021 AND DATE OF PUBLIC
HEARING AS APRIL 19, 2021, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
FY 2021 WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT AND LIFT
STATIONS MOWING CONTRACT, AND INSTRUCT THE
CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, bid documents, etc., in conjunction
with the FY 2021 Waste Water Treatment Plant and Lift Stations Mowing Contract, are hereby
approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the FY 2021 Waste Water
Treatment Plant and Lift Stations Mowing Contract, be scheduled for April 8, 2021 at 1:00 p.m.,
City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet virtually via Zoom, at
5:30 p.m. on the 19th day of April 2021, to hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the FY
2021 Waste Water Treatment Plant and Lift Stations Mowing Contract.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
