RESOLUTION NO. 2021-153
RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
APRIL 5, 2021, TO APPROVE A BUSINESS PROPERTY
LEASE WITH IPE1031 REV279, LLC, FOR THE USE OF
PROPERTY LOCATED WEST OF 1318 MARTIN ROAD, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $1,000 PER YEAR, AND INSTRUCT THE
CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet virtually via Zoom
video conferencing at 5:30 p.m. on the 5th day of April 2021, to approve a Business Property
Lease with IPE1031 REV279, LLC, for the use of property located west of 1318 Martin Road, in
the amount of $1,000 per year.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of March 2021.
