RESOLUTION NO. 2021-157
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., AND
AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
FY 2021 RIVERFRONT STADIUM ELECTRICAL REPAIR
PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 1046.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Leisure Services Director of said City to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc., in conjunction with the FY 2021 Riverfront Stadium Electrical Repair Project, Contract No.
1046, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY 2021 Riverfront Stadium Electrical Repair Project,
Contract No. 1046, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 15, 2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with FY 2021
Riverfront Stadium Electrical Repair Project, Contract No. 1046, are hereby approved, and said
project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of March 2021.
