RESOLUTION NO. 2021-167 RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., AND AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN CONJUNCTION WITH DEMOLITION AND SITE CLEARANCE SERVICES, CONTRACT NO. D-2021-03-06P, LOCATED AT 1004 FULTON STREET, 179 REBECCA LANE, 118 SHILLIAM AVENUE, 421 LOGAN AVENUE, 154 HARRISON STREET, AND 242 HOGLE STREET. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the Community Planning and Development of said City to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with Demolition and Site Clearance Services, Contract No. D-2021-03-06P, located at 1004 Fulton Street, 179 Rebecca Lane, 118 Shilliam Avenue, 421 Logan Avenue, 154 Harrison Street, and 242 Hogle Street, and WHEREAS, said Community Planning and Development did file said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with Demolition and Site Clearance Services, Contract No. D-2021-03-06P, located at 1004 Fulton Street, 179 Rebecca Lane, 118 Shilliam Avenue, 421 Logan Avenue, 154 Harrison Street, and 242 Hogle Street, and WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on March 15, 2021. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with Demolition and Site Clearance Services, Contract No. D-2021-03-06P, located at 1004 Fulton Street, 179 Rebecca Lane, 118 Shilliam Avenue, 421 Logan Avenue, 154 Harrison Street, and 242 Hogle Street, are hereby approved, and said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
