RESOLUTION NO. 2021-171
APPROVING AN OVERNIGHT TOWN AGREEMENT WITH
VENTURES ENDURANCE, LLC FOR 2021 RAGBRAI
EVENTS IN WATERLOO.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Overnight Town Agreement dated March 15, 2021, between Ventures Endurance, LLC,
d/b/a "RAGBRAI" and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $15,000, in conjunction
with the 2021 RAGBRAI events in Waterloo, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized
and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of March 2021.
