RESOLUTION NO. 2021-176
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AUTOMATIC SYSTEMS COMPANY, OF
AMES, IOWA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $72,556, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH EXISTING AERATION BLOWER
CONTROL PANEL UPGRADES, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated March 15, 2021, between Automatic Systems
Company, of Ames, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $72,556, in
conjunction with existing aeration blower control panel upgrades, is hereby approved, and the
Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of March 2021.
