RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING
ON PROPOSED FUNDING RECOMMENDATIONS SET
FORTH 1 BY THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BOARD
FOR THE FY2017 ONE-YEAR ACTION PLAN FOR CDBG
AND HOME PROGRAM FUNDS FOR THE
WATERLOO/CEDAR FALLS CONSORTIUM, AS APRIL 18,
2016, AT 5:30 P.M., IN HAROLD E. GETTY COUNCIL
CHAMBERS, CITY HALL, WATERLOO, IOWA, AND
INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE
OF HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers, City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 18th day of April 2016,
for the purpose of holding a public hearing on proposed funding recommendations set forth by
the Community Development Board for the FY2017 One-Year Action Plan for CDBG and
HOME Program Funds for the Waterloo/Cedar Falls Consortium.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place of
said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
