Cost to provide work to(2) Cored(toles thru wall for lark drain, backflow
preventer and water softener. Relocating 925 gallon talk back tolvard wall
for better access to floor drain.......................................................................................Add $7,788.61
TOTAL AMOUNT OF THIS CHANGE ORDER,ADD TO CONTRACT SUM$7,788.61.
The original Contract Sum was $ __ 302,574.00
The net change by previously authorized Change Orders $ -2,634,67
The Contract Sum prior to this Change Order was $ 299,939.33
The Contract Sum will be increased by this Change Order in the amount of $ 7,788.61

We propose to furnish material, labor, equipment, and insurance to complete the
following for the sum of: $ 7,788.61 .
We have included all items listed from John Trickles email sent on March 15, 2021 .
Including:
• (2) Cored holes thru wall for tank drain, backflow preventer, and water softener.
• Relocating 925 gallon tank back toward wall for better access to floor drain .
Costs :
