HAWK COUNTY AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
28E AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
3hat the 28E Agreement dated January 4 , 2006, to provide parking
4 of enforcement service in county parking lots at a cost of
, 388 . 00 per month, by and between Black Hawk County, Iowa, and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved,
..at he Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
