RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC. , FOR U. S. 20 ANSBOROUGH AVENUE
c INTERCHANGE PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 667, STP-U-
8155 (616)-70-07 .
City the Council previously instructed the City
sneer, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
o contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , for the
:cnntruction of U. S. 20 Ansborough Avenue Interchange Project,
ontract No. 667, STP-U-8155 (616)-70-07, in the City of Waterloo,
owa, as specified in the specifications, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has filed said plans,
=ste'difications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
-casfs, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
-considered the same.

' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
-W-IsTERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
find,. preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are
iereby preliminarily approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of January, 2006.
