ArppgS .ng to operate a two-day paintball tournament at McElroy
Auditorium on March 3 and March 4, 2006, and
WHEREAS, said operations would be in violation of Section 5-
the Waterloo Code of Ordinances, which Prohibits

variance to Section 5-2-6 of the Waterloo Code of Ordinances,

1QOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WPti R OO, IOWA, that the request of Andrew Lusson, owner of KW
Parball Inc. , for a variance to Section 5-2-6 of the Waterloo
Coo of Ordinances, which Prohibits Discharging of Firearms and
Discharging and Possessing Air Rifles and Similar Devices within
the City, to operate a two-day paintball tournament at McElroy
Auditorium on March 3 and March 4 , 2006, be and the same hereby
granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of January, 2006.
