RESOLUTION NO. 2006-15
RESOLUTION GRANTING REQUEST OF KIRK GROSS
COMPANY FOR VARIANCE TO SECTION 7-1-6 OF THE
WATERLOO CODE OF ORDINANCES, TO ALLOW CHAIN
LINK SECURITY CONSTRUCTION FENCE TO BE PLACED
ON CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY ON WEST PARK AVENUE
SOUTHEAST OF THE COMMUNITY NATIONAL BANK
ADDITION.
WHEREAS, Kirk Gross Company is proposing to install a chain
link security construction fence to be placed on city right-of-
way on West Park Avenue southeast of the Community National Bank
addition, and
WHEREAS, said operations would be in violation of Section 7-
1-6 of the Waterloo Code of Ordinances, and
WHEREAS, Kirk Gross Company has made formal application for
a variance to Section 7-1-6 of the Waterloo Code of Ordinances .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Kirk Gross Company for a
variance to Section 7-1-6 of the Waterloo Code of Ordinances, to
install a chain link security construction fence to be placed on
city right-of-way on West Park Avenue southeast of the Community
National Bank addition, be and the same hereby granted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of January, 2006.
