RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
ti WITH ADVANCED HEAT TREAT CORP. AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
s .= BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
tkat the Amendment to Agreement with Advanced Heat Treat Corp. ,
• o- extend the time for construction of a 19, 000 square foot
c1 addition to the new building located at the Airport Industrial
Development Park to December 31, 2008 and to pay the city
'O 115, 000 . 00 for the property, by and between Advanced Heat Treat
drp. of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and
same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute
the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
