• -- -- WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the City Engineer of said City to prepare
prO sed plans, specifications, form of contract, etc. , for the US
20 'Fuisborough Avenue Interchange Project, STP-U-8155 (616) -70-07,
• r►; e City of Waterloo, Iowa, known as Contract No. 667, and

WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said preliminary plans,
gl ,ifications, form of contract, etc. , for the US 20/Ansborough
Avcxcie Interchange Project, STP-U-8155 (616) -70-07, known as
edn€ract No. 667, which were preliminarily approved on January 4,
ZQ6; and
^ ,, WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on January
tt7, 2006, and no objections were made.
ti ; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WAIaLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
ccn Bract and bond, etc. , for the US 20/Ansborough Avenue
Inte'change Project, STP-U-8155 (616) -70-07, known as Contract No.
667, ' in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby,
approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of January, 2006.
