n WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2006-26, plans, specifications,

�� in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WA``ZERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it

preceed in accordance with said plans and specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of January, 2006.
