T BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
It the Quit Claim Deed, dated January 17, 2006, from Emma Tell
• conveying unto the City of Waterloo, Iowa, certain real property
-eherally located at 230 Gable Street, described as follows :
Lot 8, Block 6, Manson' s Second Addition, Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa; locally known as 230 Gable
Street, Waterloo, Iowa;
be and the same is hereby approved and accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of January, 2006, and
