RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH U. S.
< CELLULAR.

-" BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated January 17, 2006, to provide cell phone
,ervice at a total monthly cost of $625 . 00, including
• authorization to provide stipends of $25 . 00 per month per
employee for seven employees, by and between U. S . Cellular of
pedar Rapids, Iowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
game is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of January, 2006.
