X E- BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
4at the Agreement dated January 17, 2006, to provide golf pro
• services at Gates Golf Course, by and between Skip Holton and the
ctty of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
Itom Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
J terloo, Iowa.
