RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH DAVID
< r ROUSSELOW AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
-tkat the Agreement dated January 23, 2006, to lease 31 acres of
• =farm land generally located off Martin Road and Ridgeway Avenue
a cost of $3, 410 . 00 per year to use for farming purposes, by
7a1id between David Rousselow of Waterloo, Iowa, and the City of
"Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
rata�thorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of January, 2006.
