FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF COST, ETC. , FOR
PURCHASE OF SEVEN (7) OUTDOOR PUBLIC WARNING
v - SIRENS, FY 2006-TRF-127-06.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
• Superintendent of Traffic Operations, to prepare and file
.per-ifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost,
tC for the Purchase of Seven (7) Outdoor Public Warning Sirens,
T FY-2.006-TRF-127-06, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in

- V : WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Traffic Operations has filed specifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
co etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
considered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said specifications, form of contract and
preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are hereby
kr liminarily approved.
