r. F. Y. 2006 RATH BROWNFIELDS AREA DEMOLITION,

$129, 435 . 00 .c G BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Summers' Enterprise of Masonville, Iowa, in
ti-lamount of $129, 435. 00, for the construction of the F.Y. 2006
Raztr Brownfields Area Demolition, Contract No. 708, described in
plans and specifications heretofore adopted by this Council
:cs said project, after public hearing on published notice
*equired by law, be and is hereby accepted subject to EDA
#pgpval, the same being the lowest bid received for said work.
' The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
obtact with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
pp pved by this Council.
