DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENTS BY
s MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
tat the Agreements dated January 23, 2006, for the Brownfields
'economic Development Initiative grant in the amount of
--$ , 000, 000. 00, Section 108 loan in the amount of $8, 220, 000. 00 and
--Section 108 loan in the amount of $2, 075, 000 . 00 for Brownfield
uS reets, by and between U. S. Department of Housing and Urban
' Dlvelopment, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
ireby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
—half of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
