CBE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
thg: the Application dated January 23, 2006, for an Intoxicated
giver Prevention Program grant in the amount of $18, 126. 00, with

o-rcement and one in-car video camera, by and between Iowa
Gpve 'nor' s Traffic Safety Bureau, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
ben.d the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
