BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Understanding dated January 23, 2006,
c Panting local police department full rights to exercise law
enforcement functions on Veterans Affairs grounds at a healthcare
c ainic located at 1015 S . Hackett Road, by and between Department
Veterans Affairs and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved.
