s RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING PLANS,
v SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC. , FOR THE F. Y. 2006 RATH
BROWNFIELDS STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM,
CONTRACT NO. 686.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the City
Engineer, to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
Iton}jract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , for the F.Y. 2006
7 a`tE Brownfields Street Reconstruction Program, Contract No. 686,
4he City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications,
arid`:
i WHEREAS, the City Engineer has filed said plans,
s/eczfications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of cost,
efc , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
:con`sidered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
oAIAr RLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
,preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are
hereby preliminarily approved.
