RESOLUTION NO. 2021-180
RESOLUTION APPROVING ORDER ACCEPTING
ACKNOWLEDGMENT/SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT AND
CHECK IN THE AMOUNT OF $300 FROM GREENLEAF
TOBACCO & E-CIGS, 1503 E. SAN MARNAN DRIVE,
WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR SALE OF TOBACCO TO MINOR
VIOLATION -FIRST OFFENSE, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT..
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the Acknowledgment/Settlement Agreement and check for $300, dated April 5, 2021, for the
affirmative defense sale of tobacco to a minor violation -first offense, between Greenleaf Tobacco
& E-Cigs, 1503 E. San Marnan Drive, Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo is hereby
approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of April 2021.
