RESOLUTION NO. 2021-181
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING U.S. DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE
ASSISTANCE GRANT MONIES IN THE AMOUNT OF $23,000, WITH
NO CITY MATCH, IN CONJUNCTION WITH COVERDELL
FORENSIC SCIENCE IMPROVEMENT GRANT, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
acceptance of U.S. Department of Justice Assistance Grant monies, in the amount of $23,000,
with no city match, in conjunction with the Coverdell Forensic Science Improvement Grant, is
hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute and accept said grant on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of April 2021.
